Entrée – December 2019

Entrée is an annual event from Hotel Operations Program as a platform for students to exhibit their final project products to the public. Only students who pass their Pre-Final Project can participate in this event.

The first Entrée was successfully held in December 2019 with 18 participants of students from Batch I Hotel Operation Program. The students who passed the Pre-Final Project opened their booth to introduce their products for public.

First Entrée was held in Lobby B of Universitas Multimedia Nusantara
Mr. Budi Susanto, the dean of Business Faculty, surveyed and monitored the event while tested the products.

Here are the food and beverage samples of the students’ from batch 1 pre-final project. From these samples, the students are applying their knowledge in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Service Marketing and E-commerce, Food and Beverage Production, Food and Beverage Service, Menu Planning, and Cost Control. In the future, Hotel Operations expects to enlarge the event to bigger location.
